FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100

UPS Next Day Air Saver is our overnight delivery option. Deliveries reach residential customers by the end of the next day. Orders must be placed by 12 pm CT for same day processing. If you order after 12 pm CT your order will be processed the next business day.NEXT DAY DOES NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAYS! If you live in Alabama, continue to checkout with UPS Ground. Orders placed in Alabama with UPS Ground will deliver in one day.

Fed Ex Express Saver is an express shipping service that delivers to your house within 3 business days. Orders must be placed by 12 pm CT for same day processing. If you order after 12 pm CT your order will be processed the next business day.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.

If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our reshipment along with providing an updated address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available and the rate will be calculated and added at checkout. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties you may owe.

Orders are shipped out of Birmingham, Alabama. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 5 business days as this only delays us processing orders.

Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit please email us at service@chicandsassydress.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
